How to make a return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us.

Before making a return please write to our customer service by email at the following address: contact@gooddealstreet.com. The steps to follow will be communicated to you by one of our customer service agents. Please follow to the letter the instructions that will be given to you in order to quickly obtain an exchange or a refund depending on the situation.

Conditions to obtain a return
A product can only be returned if it has not been used, worn, damaged or defaced. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

The cost of returning the goods to our warehouse is at your expense. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is delivered to our warehouse in the best conditions. We recommend that you use a delivery service with a tracking number in order to follow the delivery of the package. For valuables we also recommend that you take out adequate insurance with the transport company.

Forwarding costs in case of exchange will also be at your expense.

Hygienic, perishable, jewelry products, on sale or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Deadline for making a return
You have a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your items in accordance with the return conditions mentioned above.

After this period we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns or offer you an exchange or refund.

How to get a refund
For any refund request, please contact our customer service by email at the following address: contact@gooddealstreet.com. The steps to follow will be communicated to you.

The refund method will be the same as the one used for the payment of the product.

Refund conditions
There can be no refund on a validated order or in the course of delivery.

Non-compliance with the conditions of return or any form of dispute will not entitle you to any refund.

A product on final sale, balance or liquidation cannot be refunded.

Refund period
We will endeavor to process your refund request within a maximum of 30 days. Once the refund is processed the transaction time varies depending on your bank or the method of refund.
